Just got a chance to read your entire blog. Nice work.... It makes my work at the hospital seem boring. And I do stuff like surgery to reattach amputated penises! I like your comment about having a secret language in the States. One of big joys I share with my wife is making fun of people in Chinese. We are always making rude comments in public places, and now you can too!
